Formal service engagements require a signed Service Agreement between PrimeGuard and the client. Quotes and proposals provided through this website are non-binding until a formal agreement is executed by both parties.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to facilities for our service teams
• Disclose any hazardous materials, conditions, or security requirements
• Provide accurate information in all service requests and communications
• Make timely payments in accordance with the agreed service terms

5. Liability

PrimeGuard maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability for any single claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question during the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service delivery, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-perform the service at no additional cost.
